Evolving his technology passion as a high school prodigy, at just 17, Vladimir started his software development career journey. Now, with over a decade of experience, he has built a reputation for his deep and various software development and architecture skills, together with a passion for impactful product development.

Throughout his career, Vladimir has worked with organisations ranging from small SaaS companies to global leaders in industries like social media management and online job platforms. He has led efforts to modernise infrastructure, reduce technical debt, and improve efficiency through big data migration and automation. At one of the largest social media management companies, serving millions of users and trusted by many Fortune 1000 businesses, Vladimir's work significantly enhanced system stability and infrastructure workflows. He also played a vital role in launching a new jobs platform for one of the biggest Central and East European employment marketplaces, reducing costs and improving technical performance.

Outside of tech, Vladimir channels his passion into the competitive world of motorsports and sim racing, where precision, speed, and the pursuit of excellence are paramount. He actively participates in sim racing competitions and events, and this competitive mindset fuels his approach to engineering, driving him to consistently strive for the highest standards in everything he creates.
